January 28, the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works held a hearing to examine the need to modernize federal environmental review and permitting processes. Ahead of the hearing, APCA sent a letter to the committee urging the Senate to take up and advance APCA-supported permit reform legislation passed by the U.S. House of Representatives that will improve America’s infrastructure and energy dominance agenda.
